Knapple's first solo exhibition was at Norwich Arts Centre in 2017. It featured work inspired by a trip to California earlier that year.

2018 was 'Graffiti the Universe and Everything', where she explored enlightenment and the power of our thoughts.

2019 was inspired by a trip to Morocco, 'Maroc' shows the colours, shapes and sights of this vibrant place.

2021 Knapple made art in response to a media backlash, in 'Rise' she made the negative comments into art to diffuse their power.

2022 was an exhibition called 'Perspective' where a group of artists responded to different opinions and views.
