Knapple completed a Foundation Degree in 2015, at Wensum Lodge in Norwich. Ten years later she has begun a BA Fine Art at Norwich University of the Arts.
"I really enjoyed showing ideation for my University interview, that freedom of exploring a topic for my own pleasure was really liberating. I'd been painting mostly for other people for ten years, so I'm excited to see what comes out when I'm doing it for me."
Knapple's infuences are, philosophy, folklore, sociology, street art and medieval Christian Iconography.
She has a strong connection to the world around her, nature, and creative writing.
Her sense of homour is evident in her work, but she also has some really serious messages.
